ORIGIN: Human variables
Community Intelligence (CI) emerged from a year-long research partnership between RFUTR Inc. (a community-as-a-service agency) and PathSight Predictive Science (leaders in behavioral science for over 16 years). We asked one question: "Can we predict community behavior?". By testing across nature, health, and land development, we unified 100+ years of cognitive science with an AI-powered engine that observes trust formation at the cellular level. We don't ask people what they think; we observe how they decide.
SCIENCE
BLURB AND DIAGRAM
Today, the world certainly isn't suffering from a lack of data.
But it is suffering from a Trust Deficit.
Execution Gap: Place-based decision making.
Billions are being deployed into Climate, Health, and Infrastructure. But technical excellence is no longer enough to guarantee success. Projects fail because they treat people like data points. Whether it's a wind farm, a detox clinic, or a housing development, if the community feels done to rather than done with, they will resist. This resistance is an expensive variable: it creates delays, legal battles, and wasted capital that should have gone toward the mission.

What We Do
We bridge the gap between Investor Intent and Community Reality. We don't "engage" communities with surveys and town halls—those only attract the loudest voices. We use precision science to measure the Trust Flow, monitor tensions and bridges, find the Authentic Messengers who actually hold a zip code together - get to know the change within a community. When we align your project with the community’s own "Cultural Operating System," the friction can disappear - or at least become manageable.
Social Operating System (OS)
We have built a trust-based operating system for scaling impact. We provide behavioral certainty via four core components of our Trust Architecture:
Moveable Middle™: Every community has "Loud Voices" that dominate town halls, but the success of an intervention is determined by the 18–24% of residents who are truly persuadable. We isolate this segment with 89% accuracy, moving predicted adoption from a failing 15% to a stable 70%+ baseline.
Trust Flow™ & Tension Bridges™: We map how influence actually moves through a zip code, identifying the Tension Bridges™—the "hidden moderates" who hold opposing groups together. These nodes allow us to bypass the "Institutional Distrust" that plagues standard outreach.
Authentic Messengers: We replace "titled officials" with the local influencers, faith leaders, and contractors whom the community already listens to. These messengers serve as the vital link, framing your project as a "Community-Validated Program" rather than a top-down mandate.
Survivability Index™: We move beyond demographics to quantify a community's actual Adaptive Capacity—their inherent ability to organize, respond, and hold a long-term intervention. This index identifies where institutional intent is already behaviorally aligned with the community’s own "Cultural Operating System".
Mission = Making Impact "Hold"
We make impact last by making trust measurable.
Knowing the "Trust Flow" and reinforcing the "Tension Bridges," in your strategies creates a resilient infrastructure so impact (capital/messages/projects) “land, stick, and stay”.
To combat the Trust Deficit, we’ve designed a technical utility to understand the Behavioral Reality of a community, ensuring the mission survives it’s transition from the boardroom to a neighborhood’s reality.
That’s the Trust Layer. The human networks that determine whether your capital succeeds or stalls.
The keys to partner with the community. We are here to give communities voice they don’t have to use, and partners a roadmap they didn’t know they needed.

Health: e.g. Clinic’s: We ensure people actually walk through the door because they trust the person who told them to go.
Land Use: e.g.: Conservation: We don't just protect forests; we empower the people living there to be the primary stewards of the investment.
Finance: e.g. Underwriting: We turn "Social Risk" into a verified asset, allowing insurance and banks to price trust, not just risk.
